The Greene County Health Department performs vision and hearing screenings and follow-up to children in day care centers, preschool, and parochial schools. Funding for this program is through participant donations, and the All Kids Program, and through a grant from the Illinois Department of Public Health.

Testing is also available to adults with appointments.
